*tap tap tap*
The single sound of a pencil tapped against a pad of paper, more or less it was actually a file that needed to be sorted. But the woman who was suppose to be paying attention to this file, had her mind elsewhere. Her eyes were not on the folder in front of her but looking towards a clock,it was night time that had fallen over the desert base and she was waiting to be let off for a break. The tapping stopped and finally her eyes went back down to the file in front of her, signing off on it and closing the folder before tossing it aside. This was likely her last night on the base, since she was catching a train home tomorrow. And being loaded down with work, she wished it to be done with and not have the higher ups get after her for not finishing it.Don't get her wrong, she loved her job even if it was small but at the same time important.
She was also a state alchemist on the side, her attribute was water. And she was married to a wonderful man, even though at times he could get frustrated and irritated. But that was only because the short stack Edward Elric made his job difficult,oh and how could she forget about Hughes and those pictures of his daughter.Picking up the folders she went over to the filing area, and bent down finding the right last names.Sliding open the doors and putting the files in,then closing them.
Standing back up,she once again glanced to the clock.Good now she could go take a break, all the filing was done and tomorrow she would be on her way home to Central.Someone of course was going to relieve her of the duties here, and once she got back home she could relax for awhile before getting updates on anything that has been happening.Besides she hadn't heard anything on Edward for quite sometime,so naturally she was abit worried. Was he alright, was Al alright. Were they safe and sound, had they found the stone. All those thoughts were going through her mind,as she exited the office and headed down the hallway. em ot tah sih spit lived eht ` and i do it all for freeYOUR TEARS ARE ALL THE PAY I'LL EVER NEED Fear was rather pleased with how well he looked in a officer's uniform. The dark blue made the color of his eyes all the more fierce, especially when they were narrowed with a smirk. Like now for instance. The gloves were very nice indeed; he did, so prefer to wear a pair. His tongue snaked out, running along the corner of his mouth, a familiar desire making his body ache with something nearly like lust. It was late and while Fear wasn't keeping tabs on the time, he was sure one of his siblings was going to grow quite irate with him sooner or later. Unless of course, they'd given in to their selfish desires as well, Despair and Torment doing something along the same lines as himself while Decadence exploited their actions to satisfy her own. He would have to bring her back something nice.
Blonde hair whispered against his skin as he turned, moving away from the window he'd been observing his reflection in. As it was late, there weren't very many people. Fear, however, would not leave until he had found someone. He had chosen this place for specific reasons, ones that would be obvious later. He wasn't on a retrieval of information or, despite the stolen uniform, to blend in as one of them. All he wanted was for them to know that he could. Their precautions were useless against him. He was Fear and fear was an intangible, unstoppable calamity. And of course, his chest was tight with his strange lust. It burned him, hurt him in the degree of want he was in. His body was near enough to trembling for him to be idly worried. Still, he moved with a slow elegance down the hall, boots that weren't his own thumping methodically against the floor.
As if the military base itself knew it was safer to give him a sacrifice rather than let him snap in frustration, a door at the end of the hall he was passing clicked shut. Crystalline eyes instantly snapped toward the sound. He turned casually without breaking stride, pleasantly shocked to find a long shock of orange hair. A woman, slight but assured in her step. He exhaled the breath he hadn't realized he was holding and dulled the fever in his eyes. Gloved fingers lifted, brushing hair out of his face. A million plans crashed down on him but the placid look of his features reflected he may not have many emotions at all. Inside, he was in turmoil, a wicked kind of turmoil, unsafe for the woman he was walking towards. He did not look at her, there was time for that soon, and he moved as though he meant to pass her. His arm ghosted along side hers as they met in the corridor, his proximity enforcing the idea that he did not notice her at all.
She would not get far.

Ameena seemed to stay silent as she made her way down the hall, almost as if she was in deep thought about something.Perhaps it was the thought of the work she would have to do once she returned to central, not that she didn't mind it.Filing was just one of her jobs anyways. Her other was being a dog of the military and a state alchemist, she got to do missions and go visit towns and cities. Not only that but investigate strange happenings, and in her life up until now there had been alot of strange happenings. If she made a list it would stretch out long, which is why she kept it all up in her mind.
She did not raise her eyes, since they seemed to be towards the ground. But if she had looked up,she would have seen this person walking towards her.It then felt as if time it's self had slowed down and stopped for a few seconds, she felt the light brush against her arm and then time sped up once more.Ameena however still continued to walk as if nothing had happened in those few seconds, most of the times here at the base she didn't notice the others who worked here and went about they're business.Oh she was a very social person, and greeted and smiled at those who greeted her back. It's just being in that office, and doing work sometimes made one tired.
As she neared the corner to turn, her footsteps finally went silent and her body stopped walking.Slowly she turned around, her green eyes finally upwards from the floor and now upon the figure that had passed her.Odd but had this person always been at the base, she put a hand on the corner of the wall separating the hall she had just walked down and the next one she was about to enter. There was something a little eerie about him,but she thought it was best to just continue on. em ot tah sih spit lived eht ` and i do it all for freeYOUR TEARS ARE ALL THE PAY I'LL EVER NEED Ameena was lucky his back was to her. The smile that overtook his face was the epitome of corruption and depravity. Unfortunately, she'd see another soon enough. His mind sought our hers, manipulating the process of data intake. She saw him continue walking away, clad in blue as his figure moved further and further down the hall without changing pace. But Fear had broken away from the path, his physical form stepping to the side and moving towards her. His eyes were just as frigid as they were overwhelming and as she placed her hand on the wall, Fear's breath swept over her cheek from behind. A simple warning, far too late for her to do anything about it.
His hand was on her upper arm and he yanked. His face was casual, as though he'd only tapped her on the shoulder but he was nearly throwing her up against the wall. Cold eyes bore into her face, studying with an extreme intensity. His lips quirked into a smirk as his tongue snaked out to touch the corner of his mouth again. Hoping to have pressed her back to to the wall, he placed his hand against it as well, beside her head. He hoped she'd hit her head, a hope that quickly changes to wishing she's cracked the skin to cracking the bone itself. Fear almost puts his hand behind her head to feel. To break it if it hadn't. He can get back to that later. When it matters. The feeling in his chest flutters and tightens.
Once again he brushed his flaxen bangs to the side, this time half to calm the need. His eyes never left her, alarmingly steady as he stared down at her. She's very pretty, not nearly as pretty as Decadence, but pretty enough. Her arms are thin despite the average amount of muscle and he imagines it can't take very much pressure. That's all the more reason to put it on her. His eyes flicker over her face before locking with hers. "Perhaps I've disrupted formalities but I would very much enjoy hearing what your name is, my dear." His voice was a purr, almost pure manners but there was a slight tone underneath that threw off the balance. Something cold and harsh, something unforgiving and strange. Fear wished absentmindedly he could read minds as easily as he altered.

Just as she was about to walk on,she froze to the spot where she stood.Upon her cheek she felt the breath of someone behind her,but before she could turn to see whom it was it was too late. She felt her arm yanked, and then her body pressed hard up against the wall. All she could do was give a small cry out, even though there was no one else in this hall except for her and the person who now stared at her with cold eyes. She tryed to glance away but she found as though she couldn't,damn it all why was this happening to her.She couldn't use her alchemy to get out of this,oh to the lord above please help. She could feel her heart racing with panic, all she wanted to do was take a simple break how did it wind up to getting herself into a situation like this.
Gasping as he placed his hand beside her head, her eyes widened. Her body may have been slammed up against the wall, but she would be damned if she let any other part of her body including her head be smashed. What did he want, who was this person that was standing before her.She could take a stab in the dark and guess he was not part of the military, nor part of the staff on patrol here.Standing up against the wall with no exit in sight, she simply frowned and narrowed her gaze upon this person.Watching......watching his every move, even if it was small just to see if she could escape.Although it's almost like her body is frozen with fear,worry......panic.
Just as his eyes never seemed to leave her,Ameena did the same. Her gaze not once left his eyes, though they did start to wander looking over his features.Blond hair, eyes cold as ice that could pierce a soul if they wanted to.She noticed his eyes not staring into hers anymore, her body in pain from being slammed against the wall but she ignored it.Then there, once again his eyes locked with hers, and his lips began to move before asking for her name.It was not a nice gesture, the way he spoke.
"It's rude to ask for a ladies name,if you don't speak yours first".

em ot tah sih spit lived eht ` and i do it all for freeYOUR TEARS ARE ALL THE PAY I'LL EVER NEED Fear was quite a curious man to anyone that could think beyond the horror he invoked. While his means was always to break someone down to tears or something just as fantastic, he was generally interested in other people. Had he not been so, well, himself, he may have done well in something psychological. Even when his focus seemed to be on his own desires, he was conscious of the others, whether it be their fear to cower or to run or to retaliate. Or in the female he had trapped now, the desire to stay composed in uncomfortable confusion. She held his gaze, a common reaction. Most people didn't look away from him. Looking away was a sign of submission and, on another hand, it meant they wouldn't know what he was doing at all times. A scary thought indeed. Not that it really mattered: if Fear wanted them to see him, they would.
But despite the near universal reaction of the woman, she spoke rather calmly, her voice as smooth as his had been. Fear was pleased with her retort. Perhaps she would put up a good fight. His eyes flickered but did not leave hers, not yet, not yet. Leaning more weight on the hand beside her head, he invaded the distance between them slightly. His face moved a fraction closer to hers, his body seeming to hover over hers completely despite standing beside her. One foot slid in, balancing his weight easier and narrowing her already small options of escape. Fear knew what he was doing. In roughly five months, he had taught himself many tricks. It was almost unfair to those he picked out. Unfortunately, Fear didn't often have time to even care, let alone pity. He was a sin, and sin he did. What did it matter, in the end, if he bothered to care or not?
He met her words with a lopsided smirk and a quick quirk of the brow. "Is it? Well, my dear, I'm afraid you won't believe me straight-away if I tell you my name. I'll have to be so rude and insist you tell me yours first." His free hand played along her neck, stroking the milky skin before his hand slid firmly around it. The squeeze was almost gentle but the meaning was bare and horrible. "It would be in your best interest to do so." He added, voice lilting with education, etiquette, and disturbance. The message was clear enough and he moved his hand from her throat to under her chin, using gloved fingers to tilt it upward. His eyes were almost affectionate in another sweep of her face. It was difficult to tell whether he was unstable in moods or just unable to rely more than one at once. Regardless it didn't leave a very pleasant feeling in the pit of one's stomach.

Why......why could she not take her eyes from his, could it be because she was shaking on the inside.Although it was not noticeable on the outside, she was indeed paralyzed with fear.No one liked having someone come up behind them, then slam them against a wall.If she yelled for help would anyone come, probably not since there were not many people here at night.Perfect she was heading back to Central tomorrow, but now it would seem she has to cancel that unless she can get out of this situation. And by the looks of it,all exits were blocked.A "tch" escaped her mouth when he insisted she say her name first,as if she would do that.
Though she felt like if she didn't,then this was going to get alot worse.Wait a gun,no she left that in her office damn.Um water alchemy,no that wouldn't work there wasn't enough moisture in the air at the moment. She watched as he seemed to distance himself between herself and him,his hand though was getting more pressure pressed on it.Just why did he want to know her name so badly,he wasn't a rouge alchemist was he or a serial killer.Wait could he be one of those sins that have been reported,or rather rumors were spread about.
"Ameena......Mustang".
How she hated to spit her names out to the likes of this guy, feeling her body stiffen at his touch along her neck. She was now more scared then she had been before, her body was shaking abit but not too much.Ameena could feel his hand work it's way around her neck, grasping her.Soon he let go though, and moved his hand away for now she felt fingers from his gloved hand slide under her chin and tilt her head upwards. What did he want with her,and why her.......why choose her.
"Let me go,please....".
Her words had a pleading side to them, she had given him her name so couldn't he just leave her alone now to be on her way.She just wanted to take her break, and get ready to go home in the morning. But something in her gut told her, this was far from over.

em ot tah sih spit lived eht ` and i do it all for freeYOUR TEARS ARE ALL THE PAY I'LL EVER NEED "Ameena." Her name rolled off his tongue with a gentle purr, a tone that sounded almost affectionate. He cupped her chin now and ran his thumb along her bottom lip. Miss Mustang was quite a pretty woman. Not as pretty as Decadence of course, but she was unrivaled and could compare to no one. But he digressed. Ameena's reluctant but effort to please him was refreshing. She spoke out of fear, out of him, perhaps in some hope that by doing so, he'd let her go. It was half correct. In the end, he would find his enjoyment and leave her be, but not without taking part of her, not without leaving part of himself, the imagery, the emotion. She would not get away unscathed. No matter how much she tried.
The smirk on his face was wicked and sharp and he nearly laughed at her soft plea. He moved no more than an inch closer to her, his eyes nearly glowing with happiness. "'Let me go?'" He repeated, voice low, whispering to her as if they were apart of some demented secret. His head leaned in, tilting her face to his again. His lips nearly touched hers as he spoke, icy blue eyes pinning her stare to his. "Beg." He commanded, softly. There was no room for question.
For being pinned to a wall, she was reacting surprisingly well. He'd seen much worse responses and while he loved every one of them, he was quite fascinated by her approach. In his own opinion, he wasn't crazy (which was certainly not entirely true) and therein, her attempts to talk down to him like a child wouldn't work. He was superior in every way. Her attempts were childish to him, and she was infinitely more entertaining for it. If he was lucky, she might last a while. She did seem to hold so much promise.
sorry, ciely. i had to rush the last bit of it, as you can probably tell. i hope it isn't too bad. D:

The frown curled upon her lips,as he uttered her name.No it was more of a purr, how it disgusted her inside for him to even repeat her name.If she did manage to escape, she would have a long talk with Roy in Central about this man.Where had he come from, why was her when he talked.Or every gesture he did made the panic button reach max,it was something she just couldn't figure out.Letting a little gasp out when he grasped her chin, then his thumb ran across her bottom lip.Ameena felt like a fly who had flown into a spiders web, that her whole body was frozen and she couldn't move anywhere. It almost felt like her voice had disappeared as well, she couldn't move her lips to make even a squeak.
Her eyes noticed the smirk on his face,it was frightening but she would never admit that out loud.Even the frown did not leave her features,he repeated what she had just plead.Trembling as he leaned his head in,then feeling the light brush as their lips almost touched made her whole body shiver. Her eyes were once again fixated on his,her green orbs stared into his icy blue ones as he spoke once more. His voice was a soft command, asking her to beg.
"Please I BEG of you,to let me go"(okay I even made a lame ass post,sorry Arc D:)
