A new Community
Beyond the towering trees, rolling land and acres of barren forest, located at the end of a winding dirt road lies Shadow Ridge. A luxury loft apartment building, with exquisite charm and an attentive staff. The tenants of Shadow Ridge are a variety of upper class society- elitists, socialites, yuppies and business men alike- all citizens with power, money, and a taste for a divine and devious lifestyle. Catering to the carnal desires of it's residents, Shadow Ridge is an underground society, built specifically for the use of clients in need of privacy and protection, specifically from the law.
Know Your Neighbors
Sadomasochism is defined as the combination of sadism and masochism, in particular the deriving of pleasure, especially sexual gratification, from inflicting or submitting to physical or emotional abuse, this knowledge will come in handy when mingling with fellow tenants. Some of them will be pleased to be there, elated even-while other, most, will be held against their will, forced into residency, into submission.
Find Yourself
Masters, Owners, Controllers, no matter the word, the context is the same. The high life of glitz and greed, money and power can bring a plethora of opportunities to your feet. To dominate the life of a person, a thing, can bring extreme confidence, induce a God-complex, make you feel powerful and successful and important. You are in control. You are the authority, the decision maker, you are supreme.
Slaves. Pitiful, powerless- to be submitted to a loss of control, a loss of self. Despite the reason for subjection- in need of money or a roof over your head, if forced by another individual, to sacrifice yourself for the benefit of your family, no matter the circumstance- you are all in the same place- under the thumb of your ruler.
In this community, the power hungry and the feeble are brought together, united and bound- protected by its secret society.
