Hatsuyuki was a mystery man, at least that is what people would say about him. When he actually talked to people he was as different as the weather, he could be cold, or he could be vibrant, it was always a mystery. One just prayed that they did not contact him on a bad day. The people that knew him though knew he was a good person, and he always tried to help those in need. Yet there were times in which he was as cold as winter, and would block them out, but it was always for their own good at least he thought so. [/b]

HISTORY;Raiden was born in a Japanese family, the father was an alchemist and the mother was a expert martial artist. From early on he was taught both, he quickly became great with martial arts, but he was slow with Alchemy. Yet that was only because he had not found anything that was worthy yet. It was then that he started to experiment with the weather, trying to see what he could do with it, it started with just making snowmen and quickly grew to so much more.
Raiden was always trying to help those around him, yet felt like he did not have the power to do so, so he continued to grow in strength. With that thought in mind he joined the state Alchemist at a young age, the youngest he could afford to, which was not too long ago. He quickly became legendary as he was the only one who could control weather the way he did.
He also began to surpass others in combat, yet while he was on mission he vanished people blamed the alchemist killer Scar, cause at the scene all that was left was a pile of goop. Yet in honest he was tired of taking orders and not being able to do a damn thing for others, on his own with the watch he could help many, and towns would accept him just because of the watch, and technically while he is presumed dead he never left the state. There is some paranoia about his vanishing, some theories on why, how he went undercover to pin down Scar, or to find the sins. [/b]
LIKES; He enjoys to help others, he enjoys food of course, martial arts, the weather, he also very much enjoys hanging out with women, that's why he and Roy would get along, *winks at all the ladies* (Lol XD JK)[/b]
DISLIKES:Disrespect to himself, to women, and his friends. Not being able to help those around him, and alchemists who use their gift to intentionally hurt people.[/b]

He shook his head free of the thought, he needed not think such things, treasure was in the air and Fiji was on the brain.
